Proteomic analysis of the inflammatory response of endothelial cells upon TNFα/IFNgamma stimulation.
Large-scale proteomics enabled us to perform an in-depth profiling of protein expression in endothelial cells, and to characterize the cellular response to stimulation with various cytokines.
